Application of transformer oil filter

Usage: this function can remove the moisture, harmful gas and impurities in insulating oil efficiently, improve the oil pressure and cleanliness, and ensure the safe operation of power equipment. It is mainly used for electric power sector and industrial and mining enterprises to deal with unqualified transformer oil, mutual inductor oil and switch oil, etc., and it can also be used for drying power equipment and vacuum filling.

Operation principle of transformer oil filter:

Working oil filter when processing oil under pressure through the entrance into the primary filter, big impurities are filtered, containing particulate impurities oil enters the heater temperature vacuum separation tank, together with low pressure and vacuum degassing device, analysis a rapid evaporation water film in oil in the vacuum system is then discharged or condensed in the condenser water; remove oil water by draining pump input two stage filter, fine filter to remove particulate impurities for purifying oil out of oil qualified, to complete the whole process of purification.

Application conditions of transformer oil filter

1. the ambient temperature of this machine should be within the range of -25 ~ 45. 2. the altitude of the use of the site will directly affect the vacuum of the machine.
