Before power transmission, distribution cabinet and oil pump, vacuum pump and heater connection point should be checked to ensure reliable connection and reliable insulation. 2. check whether the vacuum pump oil level is in accordance with the requirements. 3. check whether the heating switch is in the closed state, whether the temperature controller knob returns to the zero position (please check this item every time you start the machine). 4. close the power switch, the power indicator lights on the control panel, when the emergency stop button, the control circuit is switched on, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the stop light. Open the vacuum isolating valve, point the vacuum pump or drain pump, observe whether the vacuum pump or the oil drain pump is rotating correctly, and whether the vacuum pump and the oil pump motor are stuck or not. If the rotation is wrong, please exchange any two phase sequence of the power supply. 6., close the valves connected with the atmosphere, start the vacuum system, observe whether the vacuum degree rises steadily. When the vacuum degree of the transformer oil filter rises to -0.08 or so, the vacuum system is stopped. The vacuum system is kept for 3~5 minutes. The vacuum degree is observed. Asmall decrease is a normal phenomenon.
