Operation specification for transformer oil filter

First, the starting order
1. check the position of each valve in the oil filter is correct.
2. open the outlet valve of the oil filter body and open the oil tank (transformer body) into the oil valve.
3. start the vacuum pump. When the two level vacuum meter of the oil filter reaches 0.9bar, the inlet valve of the oil filter is opened and the oil valve button is pressed.
4. watch the oil level through the window, and start the gear pump when the level of the oil reaches half the window, and the two level vacuum meter indicates 0.9-1.0bar.

The roots pump (grade two vacuum pump) is started at 5. intervals and 1-2 minutes.

Two. The order of downtime

1. turn off the roots pump.
2. close the oil inlet valve, oil tank or transformer body out of the oil valve.
3., observe the oil level through the viewport window. When the oil in the tank is basically emptied, turn off the gear pump, shut off the oil outlet valve, and turn off the oil tank or the transformer body outlet valve.
4. open the valve oil filter oil, start the gear pump, loosen the oil filter at the outlet valve hose clamps.
5. shut off the gear pump in time and close the outlet valve of the oil filter and the inlet valve of the oil tank (transformer body) when the oil in the tubing is emptied.
6. oil cycle is over, the tubing is dismantled in time and the pipe mouth is wrapped, and the recovery work is done. The exhaust valve 13 is opened, and the oil vapour is closed after emptying.

Precautions: 1. the standard oil temperature of the outlet of the oil filter is 40 C, and the heater is added and reduced under the condition of 5 (two). The vacuum oil level of the 2. grade vacuum pump should be 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the full scale of the position of the observation port, and the shortage of the oil level should be added in time. 3. transformer areas are strictly prohibited from fire and inflammable materials.
