Before operation, the punched filter paper is carefully clamped between each filter plate and frame. The number of filter paper per layer is generally 1-2 sheets, depending on the requirements of filtration and the quality of filter paper. When clamping filter paper, do not offset to cause leakage and affect the filtering effect.
The filter paper should be dried before use. The drying temperature is about 120 C.
When using the used filter paper, the filter paper must be dried without any damage. Attention should be paid to the side with filter residue (i.e. dirty side) which should be placed in the filter frame, and the filter plate should not be placed, so as to avoid the filter residue being washed down during the filtration and polluting the filtered oil.
When the filter pressure is high and the phenomenon of filter paper breaking is found, the filter cloth can be lined on one side of the filter plate to increase the strength of the filter reduction.
After putting the filter paper in place, the filter plate is pressed by turning the handwheel. When pressing the plate, only one person is allowed, and the pressing handle can not be lengthened for pressing, so as to avoid damaging the machine.
Close the sampling nozzle. If the user has a valve on the oil discharge pipeline, the valve should be turned open. Turn on the power of the motor to make the oil filter work. The normal working pressure of the oil filter varies with the viscosity of the oil filter and the resistance of the discharge pipe. Generally, the initial pressure of the filter is lower in the range of 0.05-0.3 MPa. With the increase of the filtering time, the water absorbed by the filter residue and filter paper increases gradually and the pressure reaches a certain level. The filter paper should be replaced at different levels (depending on the user's requirements for oil).

In the process of oil filtering, when extracting oil samples, the oil nozzle can be switched off for sampling.
When stopping, open the intake valve first, then stop after the oil-free outlet pipe, close the intake and outlet valve, stop the oil pump, loosen the pressure device, take out the filter paper piece by piece, clean the filter paper and filter residue in the filter frame, replace the filter paper, re-clamp the pressure, cover the tank. Finally, clean the coarse filter, cover the bolt again after cleaning, and wait for the next time.

2. The filter boards and frames are relatively fragile, so they should be handled lightly.

5. When using oil filters, the motor housing should be grounded with electricity to prevent accidents caused by poor insulation of the motor.
