The production and treatment of mechanical impurities in hydraulic oil filter

The impurity in machine area refers to all substances in oil products which are not soluble in solvent or gasoline. These impurities are mainly composed of sand, clay, iron dust, fiber, dust and so on. However, the impurities measured in the present method also include some organic components which are insoluble in the volume, such as charcoal and carbonization. These impurities are divided according to form, such as sand, metal chips and so on, such as various additives, such as silicone oil, detergent and so on.
There are many sources of mechanical impurities in oil products, mainly in the following aspects.
(1) in the process of mixing mechanical impurities, such as clay refined oil, most of the mechanical impurities are made of clay. In other refined oils, mechanical impurities include rust and mineral salts.
(2) the mechanical impurities in the oil products are in the majority of the situation outside the pollution, such as in transportation and storage, because the container is not clean, the container itself is not tight and the mixture of rust, the dust of the flying man and so on.
(3) when the oil contains additives, it can be found that there are less than 0.025% of the mechanical impurities. This is not necessarily an impurity, but a substance in the composition of the additive (the purity of the additive).
(4) the impurities mixed in the operation of the oil. If the insulation oil is injected into the transformer, the miscibility of oil and insulation material is bad, and some insulating materials are dissolved in oil, and the impurities in the oil are increased because of the dirty or corrosion of the oil system.
