Influence of turbine oil filter on the lubrication system after filtration of emulsified water

2018/5/17 Viewers:
As is known to all, if the oil contains moisture, it will cause great harm to the oil quality itself or to the running equipment. Therefore, although there is no such index in the new turbine oil standard, it is required that the oil quality is transparent. In running turbine oil, under normal operation, the appearance of oil should also be transparent. However, if the unit is defective, the guard belt is not strict and the steam pressure regulation of the gland seal is not proper. Easy to use steam and water Lakers oil system will cause the following hazards. Therefore, the moisture content in turbine oil must be controlled and supervised.

(1) when oil is in contact with water, especially the oil that has started aging, mixing with water for a long time will cause turbid and emulsified oil. Because water is one of the main factors of oil emulsification, it is required that the outer oil in operation is transparent, in fact, it is to monitor the moisture content. Therefore, there are specific requirements for the water content of turbine oil in operation.
(2) if the oil is cloudy and emulsified due to moisture, it will destroy the oil film and affect the lubrication performance of the oil. At the same time, the water of the leaking unit, such as the long-term contact with the metal parts, will produce different degrees of corrosion on the metal surface. The corrosion products can cause the speed system card astringent, and even cause the shutdown accident such cases and lessons, which have been common in the power system.
(3) rust products, such as metal saponification, which are produced by water in oil, will catalyze oil quality and accelerate the aging of oil. Therefore, in the running turbine oil national standard (GB7596), not only the outer shape of the oil should be transparent, but also the specific requirements for moisture.
